In 4th class, we have been learning about 3D design and 3D printing. Each week our Star Student chooses something to be printed to take home as a prize, and also holds onto the Star Student trophy for the week. We entered a competition, where pupils worked in groups to come up with an idea and design it from start to finish.

Two pupils in our class even have their own 3D printers now and are racing ahead with designing and printing!

We have developed our computer skills and creativity, and realised that 3D printing could become part of our everyday lives in the near future and with 3D printing it is possible to bring an idea to life!
