Partnerships:

• We worked together to come up with our Active School slogan, which is: “Be Fit, Don’t Just Sit, Bígí ag Rith!” 
• Our Active Flag Committee are working very hard this year helping to organise and run active events. 
• We completed a What Club Are You In? survey and found out that pupils are members of many clubs e.g. swimming, soccer, hurling, football, rugby, boxing, tennis, gymnastics, dancing and drama. 
• We distributed pupil and parent surveys and discussed results. From this we are working towards more varied games at break times and we are buying more pe equipment. 
• We get many people in from local agencies and were very luck to have Tom come and teach us tag rugby for a few weeks. 
• We also had Cycle Right Training come and teach 5th and 6th classes about safety whilst out cycling. Our aim is to have all pupils complete this training before they leave Claran NS.
